The Ministry of Justice is headed by the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Public Service in charge of Human Rights, Transparency and Public Administrations of the Union of the Comoros,
The services of the Ministry of Justice are composed, in addition to the Minister's office, of a directorate of judicial affairs, a directorate of prison administration, a directorate of Islamic affairs. Within the ministry there is also a delegate for human rights and the General Inspectorate of Judicial Services, as well as the General Directorate of the Civil Service.
